Welcome to Tapsa! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By using Tapsa, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tapsa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tapsa. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
Tapsa allows you to share « spontaneous moments » (Tapsa posts) consisting of images and text. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Tapsa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content as part of the service.
- You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
- You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Use the app for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tapsa is provided « as is » without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or emotional distress.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Tapsa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
